Site inspection and data logging – we measure what your site draws today and plan for future load.
Design and specification – board layout, main switch and protection ratings, metering and space for future circuits.
Build and approvals – the board is built to our specification by a switchboard builder (typically 3–5 months for large boards) while we handle Energex, retailer and shutdown planning.
Installation and commissioning – installation, termination, labelling, testing of every circuit and a Certificate of Testing and Safety.

We don’t build boards in our own workshop. We design and specify the board, have it built by a specialist switchboard builder and install it ourselves, so you deal with one team from start to finish.
Large custom-built boards usually take 3–5 months from approval, mainly build time. Smaller boards we can source immediately take 2–4 weeks.
